This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of Yellendar ("the App"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the App.

You purchase Yellendar once from the Mac App Store. No subscriptions, no data collection, no third-party tracking.

Use the App responsibly. Don't redistribute it, don't modify it, and don't expect it to come with guarantees.

1. License

Yellendar is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on macOS devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, sublicense, or resell the App in any form.

2. Purchase and Pricing

The App is available as a one-time purchase via the Mac App Store. Prices are subject to change without notice. All transactions are processed and managed by Apple Inc., and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

3. Updates

The App may receive updates periodically via the Mac App Store. We are under no obligation to provide updates or maintain compatibility with future versions of macOS.

4. Support

While we do not guarantee technical support, you may contact us through https://yellendar.com/support. We reserve the right to determine the scope and availability of any support provided.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will function uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to missed events, data loss, or device malfunction.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the App following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
